Common questions

How does the platform fee work?

MN360 Studio takes a small percentage of each sale processed through your storefront. The Starter plan is 8%, Pro is 5%, Label is 3%, and Enterprise is negotiated. There are no monthly minimums and no per-track upload fees.

Where does the money go?

Sales settle directly to your Stripe Connect account — we never hold customer funds. You connect Stripe after creating your label, and payouts run on whatever schedule Stripe is set to for your account (typically daily or weekly).

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Every label gets a free label.mn360.store subdomain on signup. Pro and above can point a custom domain at the storefront with a CNAME. SSL is provisioned automatically.

Do I keep my masters and metadata?

Always. Your catalog, your masters, your customer list. Export at any time as CSV or DDEX. MN360 Studio is a platform, not a label — there's no rights assignment in the terms.

How does the free trial work?

Pro and Label plans include a 14-day trial of the paid tier. When you start the trial in your dashboard's billing settings, Stripe collects your card up front but doesn't charge it until day 14. Cancel before then and you won't be charged. If you don't cancel, the subscription renews monthly at the plan price. Starter is genuinely free and never asks for a card.
